Sip and Strides - the free and fun for all ages meet up! Thank you for signing up for this in advance, we can’t wait to see you there. Reminder, we always meet at the coffee shop and walk to the playground afterwards. This is not an exercise class and will not subtract from your class pass or membership, it is free!

We change the location each week to make it share the love of Alexandria! Please check the individual location and note in the description for the day of the meet up.

Mama's Meditation Moment by Caroline and Monica- All the moments in the day where we are needed and called for; it can be a lot sometimes. How about taking a Sunday night to get yourself ready for the week by getting your breath back with your sisters in this trench with you? Caroline has graciously offered to lead us in a yoga nidra class online! So move the chaos of the day's shenanigans to the side of the floor, bust out your yoga mat, light a scented candle, and lower the lights to join us on 8/18 at 7:30pm.

FIT4BABY® is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms. The hour long FIT4BABY class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises. We train and certify our FIT4BABY instructors so they are properly prepared to lead pregnant women in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. The program is for all stages of pregnancy including the 4th trimester when mom has been cleared for exercise after baby.

Stroller Strides is a functional, total body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining your little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You'll leave classes feeling connected, successful and energized!

Stroller Barre is everything you love about Stroller Strides, but with a twist. Stroller Barre is fusion of ballet, pilates and barre methods that uses movements that are small, concentrated and intentional. It is a great workout for all moms!

Strides 360® is a workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you charge through mom life. Strides 360 is a total body workout that will leave you energized to take on the rest of your day, whatever it may bring.

Body Ignite is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!
